In the shower, pour a large dab of shower gel into the palm of your hand. Apply to wet skin with circular movements to lather and loosen impurities. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. These shower gels can also be used with a sponge or shower flower for even more foam.

In the bath, pour a few drops of product into warm water. Work into a lather by hand.
